Course data: GolfCourseAPI.com — free tier (300 req/day), 30,000 courses worldwide. Provides course name, scorecard (pars + yardages per tee), slope, rating. Sign up free at golfcourseapi.com, enter key in Settings.
Map polygons: OpenStreetMap via Overpass API (overpass-api.de). No key required. Fairway, green, bunker, water hazard geometry. Licence: ODbL. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Satellite imagery: Google Maps Static API. Requires Google API key in Settings (same key as GPS fallback). 10,000 free map loads/month. OSM polygon overlays drawn on top. Without a key, solid green background is used.

Your shot data belongs to you. It never leaves your device individually. The options below control whether anonymised, aggregated patterns from your game contribute to broader research and whether Harvs can make personalised recommendations.

Anonymous aggregate analytics
Contributes your anonymised shot patterns to industry research (e.g. "how do 15hcp players perform in crosswind from bermuda rough"). No individual data is ever sold or shared. You cannot be identified from aggregate data.
Personalised coaching & equipment suggestions
